Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the BioStack auction platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Intactis Bio Corp., a Delaware C-Corporation ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must save a valid payment method (credit or debit card) to participate in auctions.

4. Auction Mechanics

Auctions occur Monday through Friday for a daily 1-hour BioStack gaming session.
Each auction opens at midnight Eastern Time and closes 2 hours before the scheduled session time.
The minimum starting bid is $15.00 USD with a minimum bid increment of $1.00.
The highest bidder at auction close wins the session. All bids are final once placed.
Only the winning bidder is charged. All other bidders' cards are not charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. By saving a payment method, you authorize us to charge the winning bid amount to your card if you win an auction. All charges are in USD.

6. Gaming Sessions

Sessions are delivered via a private browser-based link. The winner receives a unique session URL before the session. Sessions are 1 hour in duration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to the nature of internet connectivity.

7. Refunds

If we are unable to provide the session due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund.
If you fail to connect or are a no-show, no refund will be issued.
If the session is interrupted by connectivity issues for more than 15 minutes, you may request a partial refund at our discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours to daniel@intactis.bio.

8. Acceptable Use

During your session, you may only use the BioStack game application. You may not:

Access other applications or files on the host machine
Attempt to circumvent session controls or extend session duration
Record, stream, or redistribute game content without written permission
Use the session for any illegal purpose

9. Intellectual Property

BioStack, its code, art, music, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of Intactis Bio Corp. All rights reserved. "BioStack," "BioBlock," and "Intactis Bio" are trademarks of Intactis Bio Corp.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or gaming sessions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intactis Bio Corp., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and are effective immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
