Auction Rules

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

1. Auction Schedule

BioStack auctions run Monday through Friday. Each auction is for a single 1-hour gaming session on the same day.

2. Bidding Requirements

• You must have a registered account with a verified email address.
• You must have a valid payment method saved to your account via Stripe.
• You must have accepted the Terms of Service and Liability Waiver.

3. Bid Amounts

• Minimum starting bid: $15.00 USD
• Minimum bid increment: $1.00 USD
• All bids must be in whole dollar amounts.
• There is no maximum bid limit.

4. Placing Bids

• Each bid is a binding commitment to pay if you win.
• Bids cannot be withdrawn or reduced once placed.
• You may place multiple bids in the same auction. Each new bid must exceed the current highest bid by at least the minimum increment.
• Bids placed after the auction close time will be rejected.

5. Winning

• The highest bidder at the time the auction closes is the winner.
• The winner's saved payment method will be automatically charged the winning bid amount.
• The winner will receive an email with the session time and a private link to play in their browser.

6. Payment Failure

• If the winner's payment method is declined, the next highest bidder becomes the winner.
• This fallback process may repeat up to 3 times.
• If all payment attempts fail, the auction is cancelled for that day.
• Bidders whose payments fail will be notified and should update their payment method.

7. Non-Winning Bidders

• If you do not win, your card is never charged.
• You will receive an email notification of the auction result.
• You are welcome to bid again in the next day's auction.

8. No-Show Policy

• If the winner fails to connect within 15 minutes of the session start time, the session is forfeited.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows.
• The session will not be rescheduled.

9. Cancellation by Operator

• Intactis Bio Corp. reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time due to technical issues, maintenance, or other operational reasons.
• If an auction is cancelled after bids have been placed, no bidders will be charged.
• If a session is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Shill bidding (bidding on your own auction or colluding with others to inflate prices) is prohibited.
• Use of automated bidding software or bots is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent auction rules is prohibited.
• Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any active bids.

11. Disputes

All auction disputes should be directed to daniel@intactis.bio. Intactis Bio Corp.'s determination on all auction matters is final.
